Warranty & Return Policy
Terms of warranty
The guarantee shall be provided by presenting the original invoice stating the date of purchase, the name of the distributor, the model, and the guarantee card within all the products of ismartline.com which contains the serial number of the product for which the purchase was made.

The warranty does not cover the following:
- All accessories available within ismartline.com products
- Periodic inspection, maintenance and repair of parts due to damage resulting from misuse.
- Malfunctions caused by misuse or failure to follow the operating instructions in the manual of use, improper installation or failure to use the appropriate voltage
Spare parts shall be provided within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the equipment for maintenance
- The maintenance process shall commence within seven (7) days from the date of submission of the application.
- If the service center exhausts two attempts to repair a recurring defect for the same device, for a period of more than fifteen (15) days, not including the time required to provide the spare parts, the device shall be replaced by the consumer paying the consumption difference from the value of the purchase invoice or physically compensating it after deducting depreciation according to life expectancy two years).
Note: if there is a technical defect that is different from the defect that is fixed, the policy of replacement or compensation does not apply.
Provide an alternative commodity
- If the pieces can’t be supplied and the maintenance is completed within the specified period, an alternative device is provided
- The above rules are for the warranty service and ismartline.com reserves the right to make the last decisions concerning the problem identification and the proper service option.
- Any actions that contravene the regulations of the ministry of commerce and investment or the protection of the consumer in respect of the provision of the service shall be considered null and void according to the official regulations and instructions.
Return, and replacement policy
Dear customers, you are entitled to return or replace any of our products in case you did purchase from (ismartline.com) according to the following conditions:
- The existence of the purchase invoice origin.
- The period from the date of purchase shall not exceed 7 days.
- The product remains on its original condition without operation or installation.
- There is no damage to the packaging or loss of any parts of the product.
- Replacement in case of any manufacturer defect.
In case that you did purchase any of our products from any other store, the replacement and return process is subject to that store's policy.
